Communication
Communication is not just about selling more products: it’s about helping customers make better choices in an ever more open marketplace, and creating a can-do environment within the organic structure of the company.
These are the different areas of communication, split into two main groups, acting according to the following pattern:
Strategy
The general way forward, without ruling out other possibilities. Drawing from experience to know which is the right course of action to take once the different possibilities have been analyzed.
Creativity
Once the strategy has been defined, a message has to be created in line with the basic attributes demanded by modern communication, and with a view to reaching an objective audience. The form and content have to be joined in a personalized language born out of artistic and creative expression.
